In the civil trial, the evidentiary stage has been closed and the sentence is awaited. The Allegation to be presented by The Nichiren Shoshu and Reverend Nakayama prior to the judge’s ruling affirms that the fact invoked has not been proven, there is no investigation in Japan, thus we expect the court´s judgment will state the complete innocence of Rev. Nakayama for an unfounded accusation.
