Marzo 2026 – Los tribunales argentinos han emitido un fallo final y definitivo que reivindica plenamente al Reverendo Daisuke Nakayama respecto de todas las acusaciones formuladas en su contra. La Cámara Nacional de Apelaciones en lo Civil resolvió por unanimidad que no se había acreditado ningún tipo de conducta impropia por parte del
Reverendo, concluyó que había sido víctima de una campaña de difamación dañina e injustificada, y ordenó a la demandante indemnizarlo y publicar, a su propio costo, una notificación judicial del fallo. Posteriormente, La Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Nación Argentina confirmó esa decisión, dando por concluido el asunto en la máxima instancia judicial del país.

La Cámara llegó a estas conclusiones tras examinar íntegramente la prueba —incluyendo el testimonio de más de una docena de testigos, documentación y las propias comunicaciones escritas de la demandante— y concluyó que el Reverendo Nakayama se había conducido en todo momento con integridad, respeto y corrección. Las acusaciones formuladas en su contra fueron consideradas completamente infundadas.

El tribunal también determinó que la demandante había sometido al Reverendo Nakayama a una campaña pública sostenida y perjudicial —incluyendo ataques en redes sociales, manifestaciones públicas, grafitis, cobertura periodística y videos en línea— que causó un grave daño a su honor y reputación. En consecuencia, ordenó que le abonara una indemnización por los daños ocasionados y que publicara, a su propio costo, un resumen del fallo judicial.

En suma, el Reverendo Nakayama ha sido plenamente reivindicado por los tribunales de apelación en todas las instancias que examinaron este caso.

Argentine Appeals Court Rules Unanimously in Favor of Reverend Nakayama; SupremeCourt Confirms

March 2026 – Argentine courts have issued a final and definitive ruling fully vindicating Reverend Daisuke Nakayama of every allegation brought against him. The National Civil Court of Appeals ruled unanimously that no improper conduct of any kind had been established against the Reverend, found that he had been the victim of a damaging and unjustified defamation campaign, and ordered his accuser to pay him compensation and to publish a court-ordered notice of the judgment at her own expense. The Argentine Supreme Court has since confirmed that ruling, closing the matter at the highest judicial level in the country.

The appellate court reached these conclusions after examining the evidence in full — including the testimony of more than a dozen witnesses, documentary records, and the plaintiff’s own written communications — and found that Reverend Nakayama had at all times conducted himself with integrity, respect, and propriety. The allegations against him were found to be wholly unfounded.

The court also found that the plaintiff had subjected Reverend Nakayama to a sustained and damaging public campaign — including social media attacks, public demonstrations, graffiti, press coverage, and online videos — that caused serious harm to his honor and reputation. The court accordingly ordered her to pay him compensation for the damage inflicted, and to publish a summary of the judgment at her own expense.

In sum, Reverend Nakayama has been fully vindicated by the appellate courts at every level that examined this case.
